Goals

  • To provide a secure, safe environment where healthy relationships and interactions between all who are involved in the OSHC program exist.
  • To provide quality care for all who use this service by acknowledging that each child is unique and can reach their potential through a relationship with God.
  • To partner with parents to make the transition from school to home as seamless as possible by facilitating daily afternoon tea time, outside play, quiet homework and reading sessions , guided play and group devotion/prayer time.
  • To create a culture where staff, students, and parents communicate with respect to one another and in no way endanger, exploit, intimidate or harm a child’s psychological or physical stature.
  • To provide an environment that nurtures each child’s sense of being, belonging, self-esteem, acceptance, freedom and trust with peers and staff alike.
  • To treating each child as an individual and a valued member of the 3C community.
  • To encourage each child to develop at their own pace, to reach their potential in social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual development.
  • To incorporate differing cultural aspects into our programming and develop a greater awareness, understanding, respect and belonging among all people.
  • To collaborate with the local community to provide parents with access to services, events and relevant interest groups.
  • To partner with schools to provide a service they are pleased to utilise.
